Starting intermittent fasting tomorrow!

First of all, eating two times a day is cheaper 

and I needed to lose weight because I am a pre diabetic. I ate three times a day for a whole month of March because I think clearly when I eat in the morning. But even though I was a vegetarian I was still eating way too much calories. Most of my diet was bread from what I know bread has a lot of calories so I wasn't losing any weight.  I also started feeling a sudden dizziness all of a sudden after eating during March which I don't think is a good thing. 

now I am 171lb or 78kg. My Ideal weight is 54kg and I am planning on losing 8kg for April & May. I think that's doable and isn't too fast. For now I just want to get off the line of 70 because it is unbearable and I feel really heavy.

If you have a weight loss goal too WE CAN DO THIS!!! LETS BE HEALTHIER
