I wanna cry

I have the urge to cry, I don't really have a reason to. I just feel like I'm at the brink of tears. My skin feels wrong I'm tired. I wanna peel my skin off and remove my organs. They have to sit 3 feet apart. For 24 hour and only then once I'm whole will I feel human again. 

Actual the pains medicine seems to be quicking in. I think it was just a headache.
