i have no enemies. it's a good thing to remember that. people have a million of things going on. it's easy to forget that. any dispute can be resolved if you just breathe and remember that all is well. got into a fight with m. it could've gone on forever and could've gotten much more poisonous. but why is he fighting me. i don't understand. so why should i fight him back. his anger is misplaced and if you can recognize that, it's not your duty to calm it down but you have a choice. leave it be or diffuse. anyone can escalate a fight. that's not a skill and that's not hard. being able to sacrifice ego to save a relationship is what's hard. and what matters in the long run. no one wants to look back on the past and see an argument that ended with nothing but blood. being able to sacrifice is what leaves a mark on people. that's what makes people reconsider their anger. i have no enemies and neither do you. we can either go our seperate ways or fix this.
