I read some of my new book today. I dont usually read. Its some book about mermaids. Folklore, sightings, ect. Sometimes i wish i allowed myself to have visible interest in these sorts of things. Middle school me would have a field day if i had the mermaid collection from Justice. Then again, middle schoolers are mean-- and without the prettiness i have now to back up my likability, id of been bullied for it. 

My first ever perfume was mermaid themed and from that store. It was in a slender bottle, dark blue false-glass that was shaped with grooves like a sea-shell. Doubt id be able to find it online again, or even its name. I used that thing up completely. Justice was so iconic, i remember having so much fun looking through their catalogs. I remember watching mermaid themed troom-troom hack videos on repeat. It seems every year, im always either obsessed with vampires or mermaids. It comes with the seasons i guess. Right now were entering spring, and im far too ready for summer to come and the imagery of tropics to surround me. Mermaids tag along with that i guess.

I got a kudos on my last entry, which was surprising. My entrys usually go unnoticed, which isnt something im disappointed about. I appreciate the inactivity of this site. It means even with the whole anonymous factor of the internet and having an online diary, im granted the privacy that comes with the low chance of anyone seeing or reading my posts. Its just a little embarrassing that the one post that gained a grain of attention was one where i mostly talked about the issues i have with my body and appearance. Nevertheless, it was nice to see. The person in question clicked the one kudos option instead of two, which is something i like to do aswell. I dont understand why giving two kudos instead of one is a feature, but nevertheless, i prefer the one kudos option. Choosing to give one kudo instead of two staples the fact that it was one singular person who clicked it. Its humanizing in a way, it disregards the extra praise that comes with a two kudos option, and instead chooses to show that it undeniably came from one man. Thats how it sounds to me at least, i tend to form my words a bit extra-ly? Thats not a word.
