So bad at adulting

Today I fucked up by setting an alarm via my Alexa (which I have to call Ziggy since we share the same name otherwise) in my half asleep state for later this morning. I didn’t realize that the alarm was set for tomorrow instead so I slept through the morning and missed what was possibly my last appointment ever with my therapist because I’m moving states in a few weeks. I’m frustrated and crushed.
