Getting in Shape 16

Ended up at a different gym today. It had way less people than my normal gym. It was really nice to chill out and get my workout in rather than feel pressured to get it done quickly. 

I'm adding some new exercises to arm day. I think shoulder press is going to be  a game changer for over all strength.
