Getting in Shape 15

I am slowly getting back into the groove. The biggest road block is the gym being over crowded so often. I might have to start only going around 9-10ish.

Only did squats and leg curls today. Honestly, with how labored getting to the gym is becoming I am just happy the streak is still alive. 

I’m focusing on consistency and calorie intake. Gaining weight is really hard when I don’t like the feeling of eating or being full. I feel gross all the time now but at least I’m making progress. 

Hoping to get more sleep in general as well. 

Starting to consider creatine. But I hear it has serious health concerns.
