Gotta stop documenting everything

Date: 13 february 2024 

I gotta stop making rituals for myself. I go in spacehey everyday to write abt my day. Always in blue text, and always with the date at the top and signature at the bottom. I gotta chill out, it’s not the end of the world if I miss one day or don’t write it like how I usually do. I also always keep it short enough so u can read it without having to click on it. I started doing this just to let my thoughts out but know idk anymore. I also did it cs I have terrible memory and wanted to remember things. I’ll try to be ok with non-specific shit. No more rules on every post, it’s to exhausting.
