today i feel very scared, paranoid. i am having a lot of negative thoughts. my hands are shaking, i can''t do my work. i also feel very tired, cleaning my room was exhausting. i will have to take a day off ans take care of myself.

hello there! imma pharmacy stundent and used to take antideppresants for a long time, may i ask which one are u takin? those symptoms are pretty strong, you should talk with ur doctor asap so he can readjust the dosis
i take 10 mg of escitalopram and 75 mg of trittico, it's my first time taking them and i have been warned about optional side effects. my psychiatrist said that in two weeks it should stop
