Anorexia Comic Idea

So, I have a general idea for a comic that I want to draw, which is about a young, teen girl suffering from anorexia. I don't know exactly where I'll post it once I'm finished, but before I do, I'd like to get some pointers about what I should NOT include. The last thing I'd want is to trigger my potential readers, if you catch my drift.
