when i first listen to melodrama by lorde i think it was sooooo overrated, i think i didnt like pop that much at that time,i was so into indie rock or virgin rock (bcnr, black midi, slowdive, etc), but when i expanded my musical taste i begin listening to pop, i think i stop having some sexis thoughts, i started listening to taylor swift, olivia rodrigo, madonna, then when i become a fan of white girl music, i revisited lordes music, i relistened to melodrama and IT WAS SO GOOD, the catchy melodies, the beatiful and unique lordes voice, the amazing, outstanding and sometimes perfect production, and i cannot ignore the UNFORGETABLE, PERFECT and so ¨this is literally me¨ feeling you always feel when you read closely to the lyrics (at least to me haha, english is my second lenguage), after falling in love with melodrama, i listened to pure heroine for the first time, i didnt like it that much tbh, but in the last weeks, i just started listening to pure heroine again, and, again, fell in absolute love with it, ive listening all day everyday and its SOOO GOOOD, yall should listen to it
