untitled (amor divinus)

we’re both just thieves. you: my mind, body, and soul. me: a glance at you. i would say that makes us even. misery loves me but love doesn’t want me so i’ve gotta break its heart. pebbles on glass panes and doors slammed in faces isn’t really romance but it is when it’s you. and it’s always you. dying dreams in living graves and my eyes are wide open in my casket. i’ll never find heaven because my only god is in the dimples on your back and the crook of your spine. tell me how to forget you and i’ll never believe again.

xo, clandestine.
