Getting in Shape 12

Leg day again. Feels like I have more leg days than anything else. I can feel a muscle base during barbell squats. Feels good to be improving. 

I am just not ready for Bulgarian split squats so I’m going to just do one leg at a time for leg press.

 Tried a Celsius energy drink to motivate me to get to the gym today. It’s worked, thankfully. I’m going to try to come up with some incentives to continue. Maybe when I bench two 45s I can buy some new headphones. That type thing.

Core/left-side fix: 


Plank (1 Video per side) 2x2minutes

Left arm stretches/technique with 10-5lb
