the issue
i woke up, weighed myself, and found out i lost 900 billion gigashitfarttons, it's so over for me 💔 i'm going to blow away in the wind like that movie gone with the wind
meals
- slept in too late and missed the socially acceptable window for breakfast.
- lunch: chicken sandwich, a liberal helping of cheese chips [from the liberal store], and a protein shake.
- dinner: microwave wings and some turkish carbonated mineral fruit water. istg you never go back with this stuff. try it if you ever get the chance.
- supper [compensation]: a nutella sandwich, a big bowl of sweetened plain yogurt, and a protein bar.

I wish you so so so much luck on this journey!!! I am right there with you. The blowing away in the wind comment made me cackle cuz same. It can be so hard to gain weight. Keep at it!! Rooting for both of us :))
