bubbling thoughts

words bubble up like soda pop

friendships as sweet as blueberry ramune, or perhaps you prefer strawberry, even melon?

any flavor will suffice

all with a small, and potentially dangerous, marble inclosed

along with this, they can also go flat or fizzle out when left out too long

what once was so sweet and bubbly can just as quickly go bland and bitter

nobody likes a flat soda

no matter your preference, there is a drink for you 

but will others like the drink you offer is the question

once you fizzle out who’s going to pick you from the bright bubbly sodas right next to you

it’s better to stay buried behind and pushed back to the depths of the shelf

soon to be forgotten 

i guess it’s better than to try and regain that once bubbly feeling
