my first choice is THE COMPUTER personally. but other authors have used items such as:

typewriter!

paper!

fax machine!

asparagus!

phone!

1. what is your characters? the best template that most stories are built off of starts with many or few characters! most stories include characters like Arrows, talking cats, main characters, bird tree, villains and villains, and That!
