Roads were terrible today but work was easy. I wanted to get to the gym in the morning but was unable to get myself out of the house until work. I made it out regardless.
I’m still recovering from the last leg day so the warmup was an adventure. I did arms today and I’m worried about my form. I go slow and restart the rep if the form breaks down.
However my left arm is not only weaker than my right but I can’t activate the muscles I am trying to target. This is a big factor in how hard I go. Every time I get really into working out I get significantly stronger legs very quickly but my arms don’t change visibly that much. It’s very frustrating to be able to work my legs hard and then have to baby my arms because I can’t get a pump with good form and the same weights for each side.
Going to start working the left arm at home because i can’t keep wasting workouts. The left shoulder always feels weird. I’m going to do some research and ask some people to figure out how to fix it.
