Going to the gym is way easier when you know what you are going to do and have everything you need. I am grateful for putting together the program and buying a sweatpants. For the first time in a while I was actually itching to get to the gym. It felt great. I’ve spent too long not dreading the gym but dreading all the time I spent procrastinating leaving the house to go to the gym. Having something to work towards and a third place to go does wonders for mental health. I went extra hard today. I can feel my legs failing me. Work is going to be terrible tomorrow.
