Idk where tp category but this is about creepypastas

Once I read this (creepypasta) story about this mother who is unhealthily obsessed with their child that tried to move out or smth

And then she saved them from a car crash, but kinda...brought them back to life? I think.

Then I just remember a part where she made a hat from them, and the hat was actually made of the person who rung the doorbell before. It was a girl scout or mailman or something? 

but yeah, hat made of human flesh. 

or maybe it was just a normal hat? idk. but I remember it vividly describing how the mother put the hat on them to hide the fact that their face or head or something was horribly mutilated from the car crash.

Idk now that I think of it, it's still pretty scary but doesn't make much sense anymore if I think too much into the details but I remember not being able to sleep because I read it.

I remember it being called "The Love of a Mother" or like "A mother's love" or something like that, 

but I can't seem to find what it is anymore :(

I remember reading it through the creepypasta fanwiki because when I was younger I'd just browse and read so much there for some reason.
