Getting to the gym was pretty easy today. I wanted it to be instant. Out of bed straight to the car. But I stalled for a couple hours watching YouTube. Still an improvement from not going at all. My left bicep is significantly weaker than my right and I’m not sure what the correct way to fix it is. I just decreased the weight to 15 from 20 and focused on good form.
