new years & sourdough

happy new years ~ 2023 was a very intense year for me. 2024 marks 10 years of many first things for me, such as it being my 10th year being a fan of bladee (which is insane!) i've been insanely nostalgic as of late, realizing how fast time goes by. did you know that the tattletail horror game came out seven years ago? it feels like its been at most three, doesnt it? i remember being part of the initial hype and i could have sworn it was in 2019, but i was wrong! and i was much younger than i thought!

anyways, for new years i baked a loaf of sourdough. the oven spring isnt the prettiest but it does taste amazing, ive been having it with: fresh goat cheese, pesto, chocolate & honey, and each time it feels as if my tastebuds are being graced.. (can you tell how much i love bread?)
