happy new years!!

i hope all of you are doing okay with the fact that we have no control over time because for the first time in a while, i kinda am. i mean, don't get me wrong i am struggling, but not as much as the previous years. this year was difficult. i broke up with my ex of like a year and had to cope with that as i had become so co-dependent on him, i really struggled with my mental health this year but it was actually kind of great. i met my current boyfriend who i love with everything in my body, i got on the school volleyball team and i reconnected with some of the most amazing people that i get to call my best friends. overall, pretty good. this next year though i really want to work on myself. my body (i want to loose a little weight) and i really want to focus on good coping skills for my ADHD and anxiety. im honestly really looking forward to growing as a person this year. hopefully i can keep up with this but who knows! if anyone is actually reading this, i hope this year will be great for all of us!
