A man boarded a plane for a transatlantic flight and found he was seated next to Albert Einstein. They exchanged pleasantries and the plane took off. After a while, Einstein suggested a game. If Einstein asked the man a question he didn't know the answer to, he would have to give Einstein $5, and if the man asked a question Einstein didn't know the answer to, he would give the man $500. The man agreed, and Einstein went first.
"What is the speed of light?" Asked Einstein.
The man thought for a while, before pulling his wallet out, handing Einstein a $5 bill, and saying "I am not sure." It was now his turn, and he asked "what has 3 legs in the morning, 2 legs at lunchtime, and 4 legs in the evening?"
Einstein thought for a long time, even consulting a pocket encyclopedia he had brought with him. After about 15 minutes, he said "I am not sure" and gave the man $500.
For his next turn, Einstein asked the man "I must know, what does have 3 legs in the morning, 2 legs at lunchtime, and 4 legs in the evening?"
The man reached into his pocket and handed Einstein a $5 bill.
