i think i'm sick again? (11/12)

hi!

I think my gastritis is back. I haven't been hungry in three days (at all), even when I have just barely eaten anything and I'm starting to get super worried. sometimes my tummy burns too, so that's why I believe its gastritis, but I'm not sure.

I can't really afford going to the doctor's rn so I'll just sleep it off like I did a couple years ago, and then I hope I'll be fine and able to eat trash again. 

I'm super stressed so I think that might be the cause.

I don't really want my parents screaming at me for getting sick again ugh.

I hope venting in here might help a little so I'll be doing that more often.
