CRT's spotted in old commie block! Yall got any plans on how i should rescue them?

So basically there is this huge commie block, which has business at the bottom of it. 2 floors for business's. And almost all those 2nd floor are abandoned or aren't used , and you can see them... just sitting there, those huge hunks of beauties just sitting there... collecting dust.
