CRT's spotted in old commie block! Yall got any plans on how i should rescue them?

So basically there is this huge commie block, which has business at the bottom of it.
2 floors for business's.
And almost all those 2nd floor are abandoned or aren't used, and you can see them... just sitting there, those huge hunks of beauties just sitting there... collecting dust.
My plan was to tell the business owner that I'm a part of a group that likes collecting and repairs CRT's. Think it will work? Or do y'all have something better in mind, perhaps?
