My Chest is Hurting, I cant get out of my Bed.

While I was Biking at like 25 Mph I realized my pocket wasn't zipped up, and I was scared my phone was gonna fall out, so I tried slowly stopping with my back brake but I accidently hit my front brakes and flew over my front tire, Luckily I had my pads on and landed on those but ever since then my chest has been hurting SOOOOOO Bad.
