When I got to the doctor's office this morning, there were signs on the door saying to go back to your car and call rather than coming in. I hadn't expected that! I called and checked in by phone, then waited in my car until the nurse was ready for me. She met me in the usual reception area, took my temperature, and led me back to the exam room.
