Favorite digital art program?

What's your favorite program to use for making digital art and why? What would you say are the pros and cons? Personally I use Clip Studio Paint Pro and it's my favorite that I've used so far. It's got a wide variety of features and there's plenty of tutorials and materials available for it, many user created. Plus, it's not super expensive.
