What's everyone's favorite homemade ramen?

For me it has to be this one. It's 1/3rd dashi, 2/3rds chicken stock with pan seared oyster mushrooms, baby bok choys, carrots and trumpet mushrooms cut to mimic scallops. I am allergic to all shellfish that is the reason why I used the mushrooms in place of real scallops. » Continue Reading
