How do I add Blinkies that aren't from Blinkie Cafe on my SpaceHey account?

If you check my account, you'll currently see that of my current working Blinkies, the only ones that are functioning are the ones from Blinkie Cafe. I was wondering how I add foreign ones, such as off Tumblr. I saw someone say to port it to Imgur, but all times I've tried that, it hasn't worked. What do I do?
