December weight loss plan <3

Starting today I’m going to limit my calorie intake to 1000cals max per day. I’m going to aim for 800 as the max. I chose these numbers since i will be with family and will most likely have to eat around them. So if I can’t omad I will not go past this amount. I’m cutting out all meat and potatoes.
