being neurodivergent is hard. a lot of my behaviour was acceptable as a child (not speaking, having interests, etc.), but now they're considered almost completely unacceptable. my interests are my life. they get in the way of functioning as a normal person at worse and at best help me understand the world around me. i wish more people understood that and wouldn't look down on me for having them. » Continue Reading
