Day 2 new workout method

I've started going for 20 pushups and 40 situps today. But with pauses in between. (Like a minute or two). Drank only natural juices and I'm super confident going to the gym in like one week with my buddy. Day 1 workout and getting ready for the gym

I ve done 10 pushups , 20 sit ups and some other exercises, my appetite started to grow , quit drinking fizzy drinks (coke , sprite , etc) mostly going for healthier variants like tea or lemonade. If not available water is the best variant. » Continue Reading
