Pursuing education and new career. Is it too late?

I am a female in my 30's and just now pursuing an education. My high school experience wasn't the greatest. The example I like to give is that we had a packet of math not even an inch thick that I had to work through. Once I was done with said packet I was done with math for the 4 years of high school.
