Depression is real

So.. lately depression has been getting me down. Deep sigh, I just feel overwhelmed sometimes. No one seems to bring me out of it. The only thing that numbs it is writing or music. But not even the sounds of noah Kahans perfect and beautiful voice can take me out of my depression. I’m on crazy pills for it but even then.. I just am hard on myself.
