Went on a miserable hike

I went on a hike today that was miserable for the most part. It was far too hot and humid so I sweat like crazy and got burnt to my soul. I wore sunscreen so my skin was fine but my heart was not. At least I got to go with friends and see some natural pools full of water from the rain. I wish I could do things outside this time of year without yearning for death.
