I feel too deeply

Every time there is a manhwa or a show I read/watch, I get too invested. It's almost as if I have no life when it gets over. Whenever I read a sad manhwa, I feel sad after reading it; as far as how sad it must be for the characters. Even if it's a happy ending, the ending just leaves me feeling hollow and empty.
