You should see what I have to carry when my mom goes on a shopping spree. She almost buys the whole shop. Who even needs so many canned beans and sardines? And, of course, I have to carry the heavy stuff up our building, that doesn't even have an elevator.
Honestly your mom is sooo real once I see something I love in a shop I just can't stop and then I end up with 8 bags from the same store :( seriously need a personal carrier

Put each bag in each finger. Haha. But, yeah, if it's just one store, it will be impossible if go to other stores. Just be mindful, kay? It's not good for your finances and for things in general.
Mom only does this when it's food and house supplies, so it's understandable.
