LGBT+ is a sin, 1 Corinthians 6:9 because it seems like you need more evidence.

But they don't function as women, they can't do what women do in any way. They're convinced that they are women, maybe not by themselves, but by something. Identifying as something does not make you that thing, the same way I can't choose to become Elon Musk because I want to identify as him or because I woke up one day and felt like I was in the wrong body, like I was Elon Musk. I've heard it often that they don't choose to be that way, and I agree, but have we ever stopped to ask ourselves what if this feeling they feel is deeper than the physical?
It could be neurological, but as a spiritual person I can't help but think it's beyond this realm. I sound stupid ik, but we should open our eyes to the truth more often, We can't believe everything we see or hear.

I don't think it's necessarily WRONG per se because it certainly has helped people's mental health in terms of finding hope and purpose in their lives. BUT, I 100% disagree with the rigid and bigoted beliefs and moral rules you have to follow with the threat that you'll go to hell if you don't

As Christians, we believe sin is incorrect, but we don't hate the person themselves for sins, a common saying is "hate the sin, love the sinner"

We don't believe it's their existence that is incorrect -- at least most of us anyway -- we are commanded to show love without condoning people's sins

I think I may understand, but I still struggle and I may misunderstand. With this perspective, it seems that being queer is not someone's identity, but more of a choice or activity. But it is, just not the entirety of it. And while it is taught to "separate the sin from the sinner", I have never seen someone who has this belief and can do so, besides yourself. Since being queer is a sin, they see the queer person, conclude they are bad must be hated.

I don't think assuming someone is bad because of their identity is fair. It's a struggle, but every time I see non-believers shaming Christianity and all that, I try to remember that it's not them, and that there's a more powerful force causing them to behave that way. Which is why the sin can be removed from the person(evil spirits can be removed from people), but only through Jesus. Being queer is not by choice, but it's not natural either. I used to be queer but I gave it to Jesus and He took it away, showing me it was wrong. I hope this helps you understand even if it's just a little bit.
