Hello there!
It's seem like another case of wrong file linking.
So, your stamps and blinkies are on another webpage, right?
And you use the right HTML tags, right? (img src)
Instead of copying the webpage's link, for example: www.webpage.com/page1
You do this:
Right click on your favourite pic/stamp/whatever and select "Copy Image Link" . That's going to copy the direct link of the pic, so, you just have to put that link inside the code.
Therefore, instead of www.webpage.com/page1 you get www.webpage.com/page1/dango.png
