I loved every second of this movie.
Nightlife in Hong Kong was always shown as a pleasant environment, but in Fallen Angels the dirt of the streets and the people who live there are shown, it is simply wonderful to see the neon of the signs next to the dirt portraying the harsh reality of night in hong kong.
Not to mention the shots, as I said, neon and shadows play a fundamental role in this film, the film manages to express that feeling of discomfort very well, the soundtrack and the color green highlight that dirt that is so characteristic of the film.
I would give it a 9/10, because it is true that in some scenes the shooting effects are a bit mediocre, but overall it is an excellent film
