No. Even then i think u should get one when ur like 21 even tho i want them sooooo bad and legit gave myself a stick and poke i feel . WAIT OMG THOSE SHOWS WHERE THE TATTOS R ACUTALLY SO BAD AND THE PEOPLE ARE LIKE "ohhhh!" LFSMSKSOSIOOSS ANYWAYS nah i dont think so and i thikn the age should be older ^_^ (guys idk the categorys..)
