Does anybody else daydream so much to the point that they really don't know what is their reality and what's not there reality? Because lately I've been doing it so much more that I haven't been able to differentiate the two at all and it's really messing with me(´_`)...

it used to happen a lot when i was like 13/14/15. idk what i did specifically to stop the confusion, because i never rlly stopped daydreaming, but engaging in activities that connect me with or force me to concentrate on the Real Reality (like going on a walk w no headphones, buying groceries, cooking, having a quick chat w someone i know, etc) always helped me separate things more clearly whenever i got it all mixed up. i guess it gradually went away by force of habit, but i can't be sure. i hope it gets better for u bc i know how tough it can feel

I don’t know anything about psychology but it sounds a bit like maladaptive daydreaming
