Stamps were more of a thing on DeviantArt. You can search on it and find cool stamps to use. Lots of them are free to use anywhere.
Then, when you edit your profile, use HTML tags to embed the link of the stamp. Right click on the stamp, click "Copy Image Link", and the put the link inside the quotation marks of the HTML tag - img src.
