layout worries and everything else

i sometimes wonder what the people who hasn't friended me back on here think of me just because i haven't properly finished my layout yet... like im sorry coding's confusing for a stemIT student that wasn't thought basic html coding??? but yeah im sorry if it sucks as of the moment im trying my best to make it as visually pleasing and matching the layout idea in my head as i can with the level of coding i am in. but anyways if u actually read this hello hi, how do y'all make the blinkies and stamps fit all together in one row,,, genuinely confused as to how people do it. i already tried the inspect element thing but god does it give no answers to my questions.
