I'm tired of studying

OMG, I've been studying for 3 hours or something, I have my finals coming up so I've been studying really hard for my 4 exams next week, but I'm so tired, I can't focus and I don't understand the characteristics of society that I'm supposed to memorize, like how economy addresses distribution but not poverty?? I'm confused. help :ccc I hate social sciences!! (I'm kidding I love to learn about them but the subject is really annoying)
