i hate car dependent cities

earlier today i was walking home from work. usually it takes about 40-45 minutes, which i was fine with.

nearing the end of my journey, a couple of people in their cars kept honking and honking and it was so damn horrible and loud, even with my headphones on.

i hate living in this damn state. i hate living in florida. i wished i stayed in massachusetts. i'd be much happier commuting to and from work, or anywhere for that matter, but no. i have to live in one of the worst states to live in.

hopefully one day i can at least move back up there or re-visit once again.

and hopefully the united states implements a trans national high speed railway system. or at least do something like what AMTRAK does. that i would love, no matter how long it takes to get me to my destination. i don't like planes either. mainly because i hate how much my ears pop and how uncomfortable i feel while in one.
