I know a lot of people don't agree with this but poly team-dark is so real to me. Rouge and Shadow can be best friends but to me they're like those biggest ever besties that smooch on the cheek, but eventually Rouge finally fessed up and now kisses Shadow for real (real). They go on little romantic dates (usually Omega always tags along) and Shadow gets her roses and all the cheesy stuff because she always wanted romance like that. She always leaves him with lipstick marks on his cheeks or fur.
Honestly with Omega being so loyal to Rouge, theres no way they wouldn't start to violate robot rules and get feelings for her. They would be so sad they can't kiss her like Shadow can, poor baby. The same with Shadow, Rouge would leave red lipstick marks on them too, but everywhere since they're so noticable on their metal. I think the idea that Omega lets Rouge sit on them or their hand is the cutest thing in the world. I love them. SO muchggf (Shadow doesn't really care for it, but the moments they can get him to sit there, he doesn't really feel like getting off :3c )
Shadomega was my first ever Omega ship and honestly they're so sweet together. I am very normal about them. Shadow is so noise intolerant and Omega just likes to watch quietly, so they would be perfect together. I guess I'm just a big tall x big fan, but Omega is too. i've never seen anyone ship omega with anyone this is new lawl.
anyway i hc they all have a shared playlist (shadow and omega listen to white noise exclusively rouge is the only one who puts in actual music) (shadow will indulge in some acdc every once in a while but that's about it)
mostly because i'm projecting my noise sensitivity onto shadow and my love for music onto rouge but whatevs
This is so cute, I love that!
I like the idea that the three are very close, even with how different they are. Them having a shared playlist is super cute, maybe they'd listen to it on separate missions to remind themself of each other. I like to think that on the rare occasions that Shadow does listen to music, it might be classical or something quiter/softer, just never on the headphones or on high. Maybe on low while he's cleaning with the team or by himself.
