🖥 CSS Snippet: Neon Name with Flicker Effect

So the absolute goddess Mils asked me to see if I could rig up a neon light for her profile name. I did and now I'll share with you all! This is an all in one style thing, so copy this and place it anywhere; I'd put it outside any existing CSS you might have.

Feel free to choose a different google font, and feel free to change the text color!
